How quickly can you quote me?

Quick! We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround of quotations as we understand the time pressures our clients are under. Usually you will get a response within a couple of hours, however we aim to answer all quote requests within 24 hours. For bespoke products, we aim to have accurate costings within 48 hours.

How quickly can you get my order to me from payment?

It depends on what you have ordered, but usually within 2 weeks. Printing is quicker than embroidery. If you have selected a stock bag, such as a printed canvas bag, and the decoration is straightforward, then you can expect a quick turnaround. If you have chosen a bespoke bag, then this will take longer to produce as each bag will be handcrafted according to your specification.

If you have a deadline however challenging. We may be able to help you. We never fail on our commitments.

How far afield can you deliver?

We can deliver to anywhere in the world. To your office, event, home – anywhere you like!

We use professional couriers with full tracking and notifications.

  • We deliver next day to the UK.
  • 2 day service to Europe
  • 3 Day service to NYC and East Coast US

We can offer split deliveries and have warehousing and fulfilment facility.

Can I see a visual of my bag before I order?

Yes, we can send you a pre-production sample for you to approve prior to pressing the GO button for full bag manufacture.

For Custom and Bespoke bags we supply pre-production samples prior to production as standard.

For stock bag productions we can offer pre-production samples, please request at ordering.

There is a charge for this, as it means that we have to disrupt our production. Please speak to our sales department for further details.

This is generally charged at £30 in addition to screen charges. This charge includes shipping.

Do you send samples of bags before I decide what I like?

Yes, we can send you plain samples of bags you are considering to help you make a final decision.

What are the options for decorating my bag?

You send us your logo and we can help you choose an option for getting that logo onto the bag or if you already know, you can stipulate what you prefer. Screen printing, full colour printing, transfer printing, embroidery, blind embossing and foil blocking are all available options. How long is my quote valid for?

Most quotes are valid for 14 days. We will advise you how long your quote is valid for when we supply it.

What are your payment terms?

If you’re ordering from us for the first time, then we ask that you make payment upfront. Our regular corporate clients can expect a credit based account of up to 30 days.

What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the bag you are ordering. The minimum order quantities are stated in the specification for each product.

What’s a vectored.eps?

This is the file format for artwork created in a vector-based program. Vectored describes the process of creating paths and points in a program such as freehand or illustrator. The program keeps track of the relationships between these points and paths so that when the image is scaled for different print areas or curved surfaces, the paths are regenerated.  These are the best file types to use as they reproduce the most accurately.

Do you colour match my logo colour?

You will need to supply us with your colour references. Every colour has a PANTONE Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designers.

Can I call you now?

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account, which you set up when you ordered your product. If you have difficulty accessing this, or aren’t near a computer, then please do call us and we can update you over the phone or by email to suit you.

How do I know if my artwork is OK for printing?

You can upload your artwork through our website or email it to us. We can advise if it is not suitable for printing. If it is low resolution then we can help you redraw it or you can resubmit a higher resolution artwork.

I want embroidery, can you do this?

Yes we can. We like to quote for this, rather than order directly online due to the nature of the intricacy and level of accuracy required for stitching. You can send us your artwork and we can best advise.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I send back my order?

If you’ve ordered plain bags that have not been decorated, then you may send them back to us within 14 days of receiving them and incur carriage costs.

If you have approved artwork and a pre-production sample that has then gone into print, we are unable to offer you a refund.  If we have made a mistake, then we will of course discuss with you how we can rectify it and offer you a solution.
