Account Executive
Company Overview
We design and manufacture bags, fabric packaging, and other products for a global client base, including leading brands and creative agencies. Based in Frome, we have a busy studio with a small, collaborative team, plus production facilities in the UK and Far East. Our clients span retail, corporate, and events industries.
The Role
We’re seeking a proactive Account Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with agency or client-facing experience, a keen eye for detail, and the drive to see tasks through to completion. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers to deliver excellent client solutions while bringing energy, creativity, and organisation to the team.

Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries and convert warm leads into orders.
- Manage key client accounts, including product solutions for employee engagement initiatives within budget and deadlines.
- Interpret client briefs to recommend suitable product solutions.
- Source products, create proposals, raise quotes, invoices, and supplier purchase orders.
- Oversee project administration, coordinating between clients and production teams.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full order process, from enquiry to delivery.
- Occasional travel to clients, suppliers, and trade shows may be required.
- Training and shadowing will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills.
- Calm and resourceful problem-solving approach.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a B2B environment as an Account Executive preferred.
- Confident communicator (face-to-face, phone, and email).
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Creativity and adaptability in a small business environment.
- Commercial office experience advantageous.
Desirable
Experience in textiles or product sourcing.
Location: Commerce Park, Frome (on-site parking available)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9–5 / Office based
Salary: £24,000–£35,000 FTE (35 hours/week)
