Your Bag Design Pack Checklist: what to expect next
Phase 1: Discovery & Concept
- The Deep Dive Call: We’ll meet via video to discuss your vision. Come prepared to talk about your target audience, preferred materials, must-have features (pockets, zippers, tech sleeves), and overall aesthetic.
- Initial Sketch Review: Based on our call, we’ll send over a design presentation featuring initial sketches. This is where we see if the vibe matches your vision.
Phase 2: Refinement
- Feedback Loop Call: We’ll jump on a second video call to go over the sketches. You tell us what you love and what needs to shift.
- CAD Development: We will translate those sketches into Computer-Aided Design (CAD) drawings. These are precise, scaled digital versions of your bag.
- Final CAD Approval: You’ll review the final digital renderings to ensure every strap and seam is exactly where it should be.

Phase 3: The Technical Handover
Final Delivery: Once the Tech Pack is polished, it’s yours. You are now officially ready for manufacture and start your marketing teasers.
Tech Pack Creation: This is the instruction manual for the factory. It includes dimensions, material allocation, and construction details.
Consolidated Amendments: You have up to 3 sets of amendments to fine-tune the technical details. Pro-tip: Consolidated means it’s best to send a list of several small tweaks at once rather than one email per thought! If you need to contact us urgently [email protected]
