Personalisation options for bags
We can supply fabric swatches, Pantone match and examples of any metal work, print or embroidery you are employing for your project. Once you’ve approved all of these, your bag moves into pre-production phase and you’re on your way to create your beautiful bag.
We are able to fully Pantone match many elements of your custom bag, from the bag material to fittings such as handles, badges and linings. Download our free Pantone chart.
Bag Design & Technical Pack
You’ve got an idea but haven’t got a design specification together yet.
This provides you with all you need to get started manufacturing and marketing your new Bag project.
- Initial video call with our bag designer to discuss your brief. Complete this bag fact-finder before the call which will help you frame what you need help with.
- Design presentation created and sent to you with initial sketches based on the brief.
- We have another video call to discuss changes.
- Final design CADs are sent for approval.
- Your bag technical pack is created and you can send up to 3 sets of consolidated amendments to finalise it.
- The Design process usually takes around 2 weeks from start to finish.

Original Technical Pack Development
If you’ve got an idea but it needs to be turned into a workable designed specification.
This is a lighter form of the above, and more suited to clients who have already selected materials, dimensions and fittings. Our designer will document and illustrate design ready for manufacture.
- Initial video call with our bag designer to discuss your brief. Complete this bag fact-finder before the call which will help you frame what you need help with.
- Specification is created with dimensions and annotation for manufacturing.
- Your bag technical pack is created and you can send up to 3 sets of consolidated amendments to finalise it.

From Concept to Specification: Technical Bag Design
Once your vision is set, our designer develops a comprehensive Technical Bag Pack. This serves as the blueprint for production, ensuring every detail is executed with precision. Your Technical Pack includes:
Colour Accuracy: Pantone references for printing or fabric dyeing.
Exact Specifications: Precise dimensions and structural blueprints.
Finishing Details: Pocket placement, hardware, seam-specific labelling.
Bag Fabric: Defined fabric weights, textures, and styles.
